Where are the products located, and where are they shipped from?

Due to high order volume and in order to reduce delivery times to our warehouse, we currently ship our products from Hong Kong. For complete transparency, our products are generally manufactured in Hong Kong, which guarantees you the best products at the most competitive prices.

How long will my delivery take?

On average, our deliveries arrive within 4 to 8 days, depending on your region and proximity to a city. Your order will be delivered within 30 days of the shipping date, except in cases of delays attributable to the carrier.
